Something To Chew On

In a week, and a half I will be going to be giving bible study lesson's at the special touch camp in PA. Which I am really excited about. A few months back, their was a verse in Romans that I was reading that never really hit me before. Which was Romans 9:20 On the contrary, who are you O man, who answers back to God? The thing molded will not say to the molder, "why did you make me like this" Will it? Their has been times in my life, when I would wonder why God would create me like he has, though I don't think their has ever been a time, when I asked God why did you make me like this. I know the typical christianese answer is that God has a plan and purpose for us. Which is true, for all of us, though how do you explain that to someone who is in a wheel chair? or someone whose parent's where told that He would be brain dead at birth? Or someone who has a brain defect? I am sure their are people with disabilities, that has asked God why would you make me with a disability?, I have wondered, since most disabilities have to do with a genetic defect, can we just say that God allowed it to happen, since he allows things to happen for a reason and a purpose. Or can we say that He created us, this way since birth, since that is what it says in Psalms 139:13-17 and Jeremiah 1. Not saying anyone has the specific answer or theological answer to that statement, but just something to ponder and chew on.
